Med dagens krav i lagar, författningar, föreskrifter och med patienters samt anhörigas tydliga förväntningar på sjukvården kan informationen och delaktigheten gällande vård, behandling klart förbättras inklusive säkerställas med nya rapporteringssystem. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka föräldrar och barns uppfattning angående information och delaktighet gällande barnets omvårdnad och behandling under vårdtiden på  barnonkologen på ett universitetssjukhus i centrala Sverige. För att ta reda på detta utfördes en för? och eftermätning med frågeformulär till barn och föräldrar i samband med att ett nytt skiftrapporteringssystem- Bedside Handover implementerades. Inne på patientsalen tillsammans med barn och föräldrar rapporterade avgående sjuksköterska till nästkommande skifts personal enligt en rapporteringsmall.

Kommunikation ärett centralt moment i vården och innebär överförandet och delandet av information. Verbalkommunikation är mångfasetterad och är en färdighet som sjuksköterskan skall besitta. Fokus förlitteraturöversikten är verbal kommunikation mellan sjuksköterskor i överrapportering av patienter mellanskift. Syftet med litteraturöversikten var att jämföra omvårdnadskonsekvenser av verbal kommunikationmellan sjuksköterskor.

Bakgrund: Patienter inom intensivvården sviktar oftast i flera organsystem. Miljön inom intensivvården är stressfull, högteknologisk och intensivvårdssjuksköterskan måste alltid finnas tillgänglig. Inom intensivvårdssjuksköterskans ansvarsområde ligger läkemedelshantering. Tidigare forskning har visat att frekvensen av feladministrerade läkemedel är högre inom intensivvården än övrig sjukvård, dock saknas det tidigare forskning om läkemedelshantering på vårdsal inom intensivvården.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att belysa intensivvårdssjuksköterskors erfarenheter av fördelar och risker med läkemedelshantering på vårdsal.Metod: En fokusgruppsintervju genomfördes på en intensivvårdsavdelning i Mellansverige och en kvalitativ innehållsanalys, inspirerad av Graneheim och Lundman, användes för att analysera materialet.Resultat: Distraktion, trängsel, bristande hygien och ett behov av att visa hänsyn till patienten gjorde att arbetsmiljön inte var optimal. Trots detta var intensivvårdssjuksköterskorna positiva till läkemedelshantering på vårdsal.

Sustainability reporting in Sweden is a voluntary disclosure action for non-governmental companies. Since 2009 all state-owned companies must however publish a sustainability report according to GRI guidelines and with independent assurance statement. Three different sustainability reporting methods are primarily used: (1) Separate Sustainability Report, (2) Sustainability Report included in the Directors? Report, and (3) Sustainability Report forming part of the Printed Annual Report. The aim of this paper is to explore why some companies choose to publish a sustainability report and identify the motivational factors behind this decision, as well as attain an understanding for companies? choice of reporting method.

We came across the discussion about the so-called duty to report (14 kap 1 § SoL) and we found some previous research, showing that preschool teachers are hesitant to report, and that they want real evidence that children are being mistreated, even though the duty to report clearly states that they have to report as soon as they suspect that a child is being mistreated. Our purpose became to study what tendencies and conditions preschool teachers and principals, placed in the municipalities of Hässleholm and Kristianstad, have to fulfil their duty to report according to the social services act, when there is a well founded suspicion that a child is being mistreated.  We split the purpose into the following research questions:   Do local guidelines about how preschool teachers should act when suspecting that a child is being mistreated exist, and are they being followed? To what degree does the staff has knowledge about these guidelines? How do preschool teachers experience the treatment from colleagues, principals and social welfare officers when they´ve done or wanted to do a report? How do preschool teachers experience the reactions of a report from custodians? We did conversational interviews with two principals, one from the municipality of Hässleholm, and one from the municipality of Kristianstad. We also made focusgroup interviews with the staff, three persons each from one of their respective preschools. Our conclusion is that preschool teachers are unwilling to report mistreatment.
